Starting from humble beginnings, Kyle started doing repairs at RadioShack in 2010. From there he was the lead technician for various repair shops all over South Florida. Gaining the experience, skills and confidence to eventually start his own business. In 2023, he started his own repair business in South Florida where he worked from home to then in 2025 opening a storefront in his home state of Rhode Island.

Why the fee? It’s simple. When our experts perform advanced troubleshooting, we’ll need to carefully take your device apart and test different ways to fix the problem. It’s a more in-depth and intensive analysis than our free diagnostic. We don’t have to provide this service and will always let you know beforehand if your issue can’t be diagnosed for free.
