A quiet earpiece or a muffled loud speaker is usually a repair, not a new phone. Kyle replaces iPhone and Samsung speakers at the Coventry shop.
Appointments 9am–9pm, 7 days a week. Walk-ins Saturday and Sunday, 10am–5pm.
People blame the other person on the call. Then they notice every call is the same. The earpiece speaker and the loud speaker are different parts. We test both before we open anything.
Lint, a drop, or a splash is the usual cause. If the port is also flaky, that’s a separate job — charging port repair — and we’ll tell you which one you actually need.

If you can hear them but they can’t hear you, that’s often the microphone, not the speaker. We check that too, so you don’t pay for the wrong part.
iPhone and Samsung are the everyday speaker jobs. Other phones when the part exists. You keep your data. We test the call before you leave.
